• Bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting us directly.
   
• Payment is required at the time of booking or in person at your appointment.
   
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website.
   

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
   
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee, up to 50% of the service fee.
   
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booked service.
   

5. Refunds
We do not provide refunds for services already performed. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please let us know, and we will work with you to address your concerns.

6. Health and Safety

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may be unsafe for you.
